Sequential but Stationary Juggling Challenges

(Relatively advanced)

 

Below are Sequential Juggling Challenges.

These are relatively advanced techniques using different body parts in a specific sequence.

Please ensure you can juggle well with your laces (50 L R Juggles) before you move on to these patterns.

You may need to go back to the methods beginners use before progressing onto 50s.

When you feel you have nailed a challenge - send in a video (You tube link).

Challenge 1 :

L R Sit down Juggles

[Sit down juggles are really hard. Because you cant move much there is very little room for error. Each touch has to be very precise, to ensure it stays within controllable reach for the next touch. One bad touch usually ends the sequence.

Variations

  • Right Only
  • Left Only
  • Sit on a ball/chair

Challenge ;

Get to a multiple of 10 until you get to 50.

The video is a basic video doing the 1 to 12 version - the video stops in the middle not sure why

L-R Inside Juggles

Get to a multiple of 10 until you get to 50.

Challenge 3a :

Knee Opposite Foot Same thigh

Get to a multiple of 10 until you get to 50.

Challenge 3b :

Thigh Same Foot Opposite Thigh

Challenge ;

Get to a multiple of 10 until you get to 50.

Challenge 4 :

Outside Juggles (single leg only)

Challenge ;

Get to 10 (or 20 if you can)

Challenge 4b :

Inside step Outside (Same foot)

or

Inside step  lace step Outside step lace (Same foot)

Challenge ;

Get to 10 (or 20 if you can)

Challenge 4c :

Thigh Outside (Same leg)

Challenge ;

Get to 10 (or 20 if you can)

Challenge 4d :

Thigh step Outside step Thigh (Same leg)

Opposite Thigh [Repeat]

Get to 10 (or 20 if you can)

Challenge 4e :

Thigh step Outside (Same leg)

to Opposite Thigh

Challenge 5 :

(6 touches is 1 cycle)

Get to 6 cycles (30 touches)
