Turns
Turns should be 180º
'Lateral Forward'
In the 'Lateral Forward' forward part it should be 2 x 90º changes of direction
(sometimes the lateral forward is one pattern and other times it is 2 patterns joined together)
Practice the Component parts as Ball mastery Exercises
Introduce some cones if it helps develop the competence parts.
Don't move onto the cone-work part unless the ball mastery is good.
Even try the cone-work pattern without the cones first.
