Successful Applications : Training Process and Ongoing Coaching

New Coaches will need to do a trial coaching session/day to be assess their ability to coach at different levels, and to ensure that they are the right fit for the role.

Payment during the training Period

Coaches will start to be remunerated once they are accepted into the coaching team and will be paid for all this trial sessions. 

However, Coaches who are clearly not at the necessary coaching level will not be paid for this session, therefore do not apply unless you back yourself as a coach, unless....

We are happy to help inexperienced coaches develop. Positions (without pay) are available for coaches who are just starting out and want exposure to the coaching process and to build up their ability to coach. These positions are strictly voluntary].
