A TYPICAL TST SMALL GROUP SESSION

SESSION SNAPSHOT

The main focus of all sessions;

  • Develop Agility, balance, Co-ordination, Dexterity (foot), intelligence, Execution using ball work.
  • Develop Fundamental Game Functional Ball Moving Patterns  (Drags, Fundamental Ball Moving Patterns, 1v1 Footwork Patterns , Turns). This is a huge part of TST and all techniques learned have a direct place in the game (unlike most ball mastery exercises that are commonly used).
  • Developing Applied Individual Technique. Develop game understanding, game intelligence and the appropriate application of game functional technique.
  • 2v2s / 3v3s in which players are allowed to express themselves and put all learned technique into practice.

When the above is in place, we extend the lengths of the session and include the following; (This applies only to older more developed players);

  • Elevated ball mastery (where 'juggling' is taken to another level in terms of game functionality)
  • Weak foot development / Ball striking development
