Simple Catch up Policy

Please note that the policy below is not our preferred option. It is a very tough stance. We hope that you choose the more complicated option as it is much more considerate and fair.

Unfortunately if you child is unable to attend a session we do not offer a catch up session in its place. We do not carry missed sessions forward into the next term and no credits will be offered for classes missed or for dropping out of the session during the term.

If a session is canceled a credit will be taken off next terms fees.

No exceptions. There are also :

No special deals, family discounts, or discounts of any kind off both the term sessions and the holiday sessions.

If you are are not happy with this simple catch up policy option (and we do not expect you to be) then we do have another option but it is complicated and requires a fair bit of effort to understand. It is a lot more considerate towards players who have missed sessions and offers a number of ways to catch up missed sessions but conditions do apply.

It is complicated. If you do not have the time or energy to understand it then please just go with the simple option.
