House keeping 3 : Exisitng Players and Next term : What is required.

 
Existing TST players who want to continue next term
 

If you were part of the program last term, the general process of locking in a spot in a session for next term is to do nothing. 

Your spot in a session next term is automatically locked in.

We only take players out if they let us know they are not continuing.
 
SO THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT
 
If you know your child will not be continuing next term can you please let us as early as possible. Even now.
 
This is the easiest way to administer groups and works ok on the whole. 
 
The only problem we get from this, is when :
  1. Players either tell us at the last second (after groups and coaches have been organized) that they will not be continuing or worse,
  2. They just don't show up (and after 3 weeks of not showing up and making no contact we take the hint, and take them out the program (and hope the financial viability of a group is ok).
 
So with this said.
 

If you know your child will not be continuing next term can you please let us know as early as possible.
