The Development Version

With the development version the Tevez in is done using different footwork patterns, done in different direction and then the times of each patterns are compared.

Starting on the Right Hand Side

  • Do left foot only
  • Do right foot only
  • Do inside touches only
  • Do outside touches only
  • Use specific fundamental footwork patterns
  • Do non a specific run

Repeat starting on the LHS

Then compare all these times.

  • Which are you strongest at?
  • Which are you weakest at?
  • How  do these times compare to your fastest ever time
