At the end of last term (April 2019) most players from U10 to U12 did the Tevez drill at the end of term. The fastest runs were recorded.
There were some quick times, with a couple of potential record breakers but unfortunately these runs did not meet the full criteria to become official. The boys have until the end of the year to set new record for their age group.Note: To get an official time the ball must start in line with the first cone. The cones must big traffic cones and all 2m (approx apart).
As a note about the Tevez drill. As with all technical challenges, it is an indicator of potential. From my experience there is a strong correlation between the speed a player can do the tevez drill and there impact on the pitch.
