ADVANCED FOOTWORK
This page focuses on the ability to switch between a centered ball and body lean techs, as well as playing with outside touches and fakes.
The videos below are simple but effective exercise which work on;
First touch, centered ball techs, body lean techs, outside of the foot techs and improvisations on any of these.
YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE, UNDERSTAND AND REPLICATE THE PATTERNS.
NOT ONLY THE TOUCHES BUT ALSO THE STEPS (0,1,hop, 2 etc) AROUND THE BALL.
These patterns can be done off a drag back, against a wall or with a partner. No excuse not to practice.
