Description of the pattern:
Move with the a ball that is still rolling away.
Brake using the step before the drag occurs and start leaning backwards.
Grab the ball with the bottom of the other foot and drag the ball as the body leans backwards.
Let go off the ball and let it roll under the body.
As the ball rolls under the body, turn with the ball and move out the other way.
