Basic Juggling Challenges

Beginners - who cant juggle yet could try the 'drop kick catch' method as a way to start.

The aim : Slowly increase consistency so that each touch always goes back to the same spot (single perfect juggles) as this makes doing consecutive juggles much easier.

 
 

Beginners - an also try the following stepping stones

1. Let the ball bounce between touches

2. Use a balloon

3. Build up simple combinations: EG :

  • 20 2's in a row (without the ball being dropped):
  • Then 20 3's in a row (without the ball being dropped)

4. Sit down juggles using small combinations
